Independent tools, systems thinking, and little playable experiments.
Flowcoso is a practical corner of the web run by Flowers Consulting Solutions. Some pages are straightforward utilities. Some are notes from enterprise systems work. Some are experiments that test interaction ideas in public.
The workshop is intentionally small. The public shelf has this homepage, one working deck planning calculator, and a few plain trust pages.
HR technology work, kept deliberately quiet for now.
Flowers Consulting Solutions works around HR platforms, governance, implementation readiness, security/SOX readiness support, and vendor accountability. Flowcoso may eventually host public-facing explainers for that work, but this page is not trying to act like a full consulting service page yet.
For now, this lane is a marker: the operator behind the workshop has enterprise systems experience, and future Workday / HR systems content should be separated from games, hobby experiments, and household calculators.
Games stay in their own lane.
Triptych is the flagship game experiment: a triangular puzzle system with its own visual language and runtime. It stays separate from the main workshop shelf until it has enough context for someone landing there cold.
Future games and experiments should stand on their own with instructions, notes, and clear separation from advisory work.
Current utility shelf
The deck calculator is the current public utility. A few other workbench items are listed so the shape of the workshop is visible without sending readers to unfinished pages.
How the workshop should behave
A tool should explain what it estimates, where it is rough, and when a reader needs a real quote or professional review.
Pages that are thin, duplicated, or experimental stay out of the index until they have enough context to stand on their own.
